Summer Steak Salad

For the dressing: Blend 2 garlic cloves, 1 cup fresh cilantro, ½ cup fresh parsley, 2 tbsp vinegar, ⅓ cup olive oil, 1 tsp oregano, and salt to taste together until smooth and creamy.

For the salad: Season and sear your steak to your liking, then let it rest before slicing. Assemble your salad with arugula, chopped Persian cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, and chickpeas. Top with the sliced steak and drizzle generously with the dressing. Enjoy!
