So simple but soooo delicious! Here’s the full recipe for this roasted cauliflower

Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut up the cauliflower head. Spray with avocado spray, and season with salt, pepper, and cumin. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes or until tender, being careful not to over-roast. Prepare the toppings (pomegranate seeds, pine nuts/almonds, parsley) and the sauce (tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, crushed garlic). Set them aside until the cauliflower is done roasting. Once the cauliflower is done, remove it from the oven and add all the toppings. Enjoy!
