PUMPKIN SPICED CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES! 🍂🎃 It honestly doesn’t get better than this. Here’s my favorite fall treat! Here’s how you make them! . Start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a small bowl mix together 1/3 cup pumpkin puree, 3 tablespoons maple syrup and 1/4 cup almond butter. Add in 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 2 1/2 tablespoons coconut flour, 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice and 1 teaspoon espresso powder and stir until dough comes together. Using a rounded tablespoon, roll mixture into balls between palms of your hands and place on baking sheet. Transfer sheet to freezer for 10 minutes. While the balls are chilling, melt about 1 cup of @liys_sweets_chocolate dark chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon coconut oil using the double boiler method on your stove. Dip balls into bowl of melted chocolate until fully covered and transfer back to lined baking sheet. Once all of the balls are fully coated, transfer sheet back to freezer for about 10 minutes to allow chocolate coating to set. Store in the freezer and enjoy whenever that sweet tooth kicks in!
