Middle Eastern Cesar Salad

Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika, then grill. To make parm crisps, spread shredded Parmesan on parchment paper and bake in the oven at 400°F for about 10 minutes. For the tahini dressing, combine 1 cup tahini, the juice of 2 lemons, 4 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and 1/4 cup water (add more if needed to thin) in a bowl. Blend using an immersion blender until everything is smooth. Assemble the salad with gem lettuce, grilled chicken, parm crisps, tahini dressing, toasted sourdough, and garnish with lemon wedges.
