Crispy Air Fryer Chicken

Start by cutting up your chicken to the desired size. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder, set aside.

Prepare your cracker coating by processing about 4 cups of crackers in the food processor. Add some flax seeds in there if you like for some extra fiber and set aside.

Prepare your egg wash by beating 2 eggs in a bowl and set aside.

Set up a little assembly line with your chicken, egg wash and cracker mixture. Dip the chicken in the egg wash, followed by the cracker mixture. Lastly, spray with a little avocado cooking spray and place in the air fryer at 375 F for 15-18 mins depending on how crispy you like it. Remove from the air fryer and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
