Life is too short to skip dessert especially when chocolate is involved!🍫 I loved these chocolate covered clementines I made after buying all these clementines that no one was eating in my house. I dipped them in @lilys_sweets dark chocolate and everyone became interested all of a sudden 😆 Try this out if you need a healthier dessert option to indulge in after a long day or if you just love the combination of orange and chocolate. 1 pinch fine sea salt

1 tsp coconut oil

½ cup dark chocolate chips

5 clementine

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper and set aside. Peel the oranges. In a microwave safe bowl or with the help of a double boiler, melt chocolate chips and add coconut oil. Dip each slice halfway into the melted chocolate and place on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and repeat until all slices are evenly coated and sprinkled with salt. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until chocolate has hardened. Enjoy!
