Finally got around making these delicious chocolate covered bananas for Sophia today. This girl has legit been asking me to make them for a few days now and we finally got to it today. These bananas are so good and come together so quick! It’s also a really fun activity to do with the kiddos. Try this recipe out and let me know what you think!

Start by cutting a few bananas in half and stick a cake pop stick in each half. Place them in the freezer for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Next, melt 1-2 tablespoons coconut oil with 1 cup dark chocolate chips. Optionally, add 2 tablespoons almond butter and a little vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture. Grab the frozen bananas and dunk them into the chocolate mixture. Top them with whatever you like, such as coconut flakes and crushed cashews. Place them back into the freezer for 30 minutes or until the chocolate hardens and enjoy!
